300 Banks Have Not Paid Back TARP

Cheyenne Hopkins, Bloomberg, Treasury Reporter will talk about the more than 300 banks that have not paid back the TARP bailout money.  They owe the government upwards of $11 billion dollars.

Hopkins will explain how and why the treasury is now auctioning off the U.S. government’s stakes in the banks, even if it means taking a loss.
